Orders ship from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees.

Refund & Exchange Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In compliance with Indonesian law, we offer the following refund and exchange options:

  • Refunds: If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, request a refund within 7 days at ceremony.bali01@gmail.com.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for incorrect or faulty items. Contact us within 7 days and we’ll send you a return shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: In accordance with Indonesian law, we only offer exchange and do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at ceremony.bali01@gmail.com within 7 days.
  2. Once approved, you’ll get instructions on sending the item back.
  3. Ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
